Always a Classic

Pollo Tropical is a South Florida staple that needs no introduction. Their chicken on the grill and signature sauces are a household name — and so is their classic TropiChop®. When it came time to champion their signature menu item, we took the opportunity to pay homage to other Miami classics and champion the culture, as well. Miami is known for many things, but locals know a thing or two about what truly makes our city special. In our “Always A Classic” spot, we took the chance to champion the classic side of Miami that locals know and love by highlighting a flavor that never goes out of style.
